Order Acceptance

Returns and Exchanges

 All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If an item arrives with a manufacturer defect or an error in the shipment, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and video of the product and packaging.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
