For this reason, we have the following policy:

-All sales are final.

Before shipping your order, we carefully inspect each product to ensure it is in excellent condition.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it, sending photos and a video of the packaging and the product, so we can review the case and provide a solution.
